When trying a new recipe from the internet, do you prefer video or just text format?

I like video recipes better. But a surprising number of people like to just read text from webpages….how about you. By the way I just made General Tso’s Chicken and its really delicious. Put me down for text. I am always astonished that when I Google chicken + buttermilk recipes, I get three quarters of a million hits.

I couldn’t understand the audio, the sound track was distracting. It was good to have the demo, but when I couldn’t understand which ingredients he was using, it was frustrating.

I guess that I’ll have to enjoy the General Tso’s Chicken and The Red Pepper Restaurant on Calhoun Street.

It’s an elaborate dish to make for one person.
