First day on a diet, how am i doing so far ?

I’m 15 and i want to achieve a flat stomach by summer

Today I didn’t have breakfast (no time) but on weekends I go to dunkin doughnuts and get the flatbread with egg whites and turkey sausage.

but for lunch i had the asian salad from panera bread, a bottle of water and an apple

then around 3 i had an oatmeal raisin chewy bar

and for dinner i’m having whole wheat ravioli with marinara sauce turkey meatballs and string beans.

I did 20 situps and 16 lunges and 20 squats
I might go for a jog too

how am i doing. what should be eating ? and should i be doing any other exercises ?

I’m not overweight what so ever. I’m 120 lbs and i want to get down to 110. I’m 5′2 and have a 27 inch waist

Nice! It sounds good, make sure you drink a lot of water, and when you feel like a snack eat some fruit or have a drink. Oh, and a little bit of exercise won’t work.

Make sure to look after yourself too, and don’t go over the top as you aren’t overweight and don’t need to be taking extreme measures!!
