Where can I find a vegan Chinese/Asian restaurant (serves mock meats and such) in the NJ/NY/PA area?

Hi! I am looking for a Chinese-style or any kind of Asian-style (but not really South Asian Indian food) restaurant that serves vegan food. Not just vegetables & tofu, but like actual ‘meat’ dishes that use mock meat??
I live in New Jersey so I am hoping there is one in NJ but NYC Chinatown is good too, or even Pennsylvania is not too far. THANK YOUUUUU!

There are two chinese resaurants (at least) in Philly that are completely vegan: 1010 Cherry and Kingdom of Vegetarians. They both have complete “normal” Chinese menus, but all the meat is gluten or soy based.
