
Losing Weight. Any options to healthy eating?
So i am planning to drop 3-5 lbs. I want a flat stomach/thin waist. I also want to slim my calves but nothing seems to work. I don’t want to run too much cos i notice running made my calves bigger. So i was hoping this diet plan will help me slim my waist and calves.
So does yoplait yogurt / Special K cereal really work? On the packaging it say in 2 weeks you can loose up to 6lbs. are those just scams or did it actually worked? Anybody experienced it? Did it work?
and since my family is asian, we don’t eat much salad as most american family does. (not trying to stereotype) My family cooks vegetables all with salt, garlic, etc. will those make me fatten? will that destroy my diet plan?
