Any tips for my tea party?

I’m hosting a Lolita/Victorian style tea party, although its more of a brunch then just an afternoon tea. I’m going to have in the park, underneath a tent with curtains and some battery powered fans, ect. Outside of various teas, heres a sketch of the menu:
Chinese bun
Miso soup
sushi
tea sandwich
steak(possibly just tri tip)
garden salad
desserts(mini donuts,cake,ect.)

any suggestions? i need tips on the steak(seasoning, ect) as well as sauces.people will be paying, so i want it to be very exceptional! thank you!

I would marinade the steak ovenight (you can use garlic salt for seasoning or any store bo ught steak rub). Marinades make the meat much better and tender than just cooking dry. steak sauce like A1 is good and having a variety of salad dressings is a good idea
