Where do you find Miso soup?

Is it possible to get Miso soup in Canadian grocery stores such as Zehrs or Sobeys?If so, what section would it be in? If not, where could I find it?

Yes, I buy mine at Sobey’s (and Loblaws, and Metro, and Longo’s, etc.). It’s in the soup section, with the dry, packaged soups…typically with the other Asian soup mixes. You should be able to find brands offering either large or individual (cup) serving sizes at Sobey’s, too. (many nutritionists recommend a cup of miso for breakfast, but that’s not for me)
