Hi!

I would choose boston market for chicken becuase its cooked on a rotisserie whiel means all the fat and marinades drip off during cooking. Now KFC has that grilled chicken which make be lower in calories but doesn’t taste very good.

I would choose Red Robin for a burger. there is no filler in their meat and they pile alot of fresh veggies on top. You can also get fish , veggie, chicken, or turkey burgers there. AND you can order it on a whole wheat bun with a side salad instead of fries.

I would love to do all my shopping at a whole food market. They sell food made and grown to do good for your body, not just to taste good. But its too expensive for me to go all the time.

MSG, trand fat, and gluten just like anything else are fine in moderation. I think the reason they are picked on so much is becuase they have 0 nutritional value. Atleast when you are eating an unhealthy cake your getting the eggs and milk. But with this specific group you arent doing anything good for your body. Plus, if you use them all the time you will get bloated, develop heart disease, and just feel crappy!

Im not familiar with any of those pasta places except for olive garden. i order whole wheat pastas with red sauce and veggies usually.

Out of all the asian restaurants you mentioned PF Changs is the best! They offer all the nutrition facts and ingredients online. Everything is not drenched in oil, and it just plain fresher food. singapore street noodles is my favorite/healthiest dish from there. Oooh and the lettuce wraps.

pretty pretty please answer mine??
