
Can this help me achieve a goal of a leaner body?
I’m planning to do a plan where I do pilates twice a week and belly dancing three times a week including yoga on weekends.Also, sometimes walking with dumbbells. I will eat a lot but the food I eat will be low-calorie. I weigh 158 and I’m 5′5-5′6/ Yes I know I’m obese and fat as a cow. MY dad points it out most of time. So all that can help me achieve a leaner body in three months? I have a chubby stomach but not a huge ball belly.
Would this diet work?
Breakfast: Miso soup
Lunch: Salad and fruit juice
Dinner: A moderate meal of whatever my family makes.
Sound good?
So basically can all of this help me and how long would it take to gave a much leaner body? Or a lower BMI?

It will definitely help. Do not expect this to happen overnight! You should also do some running, running is the most effective way to lose weight in my opinion. In three months you should be very happy with the results. Do not limit this to 3 months, try staying healthy all your life.
Do not have much ranch on your salad, it has a lot of calories.
