Does this seem like a reasonable way to lose weight?
I’m 17, 5′6″ and I weigh 170 lb. I’ve been a vegetarian for quite a while now, and my parents don’t eat (or drink) dairy. I’ve decided to stop eating bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, cereal etc… as well as things like desserts and dairy. Now I eat a lot of scrambled eggs, salad (with low fat dressing), beans (like in vegetarian chili), curry, and light soups like miso soup, and I’m only drinking smoothies (for breakfast, most often), tea with honey, and I always have a water bottle with me that I’m constantly drinking from. I snack on apples and oranges. I also play soccer twice a week. Does this seem like a good plan?
Well Good Job On Being A Vegetarian, That’s The First Start. Most People That Think By Becoming Vegetarian’s They Wont Gain As Much Wait, But Vegetarians Gain Wait By Eating Junk Food And Bread’s And Pastas , So Start Eating Them Less, And What Your Doing Sound’s Pretty Good, Keep it Up.
