How many ways you make EGGPLANT when you cook?
I am just looking what you add with it when you cook…and how you cook it, I am not looking recipes…and by the way do you love to eat eggplant?..I do.
Side note: I found that Indian and Chinese communities like to use.
Hi, I make my Thai Green Curry with eggplants. The best eggplants for this are the Thai small round eggplants, the kind that are light green with white strips. But if I can’t find these, I go for the long purple Chinese eggplants, or even regular old purple American eggplants. If you plan to make green curry, you’ll need coconut milk, sweet basils and fresh serrano peppers (or jalapeno), too, and of course, whatever meat you like.
