
I train really quite hard every day in martial arts, yoga, horse riding and jogging. i want to lose 5kg.?
I have a very active lifestyle most days 6 out of 7. I am training in Martial arts and train in hard kicking, sequences, fitness for 90 minutes most nights. I also proctise advanced yoga most days for around 60minutes. In addition I horse ride 5 days a week for 30-40minutes an dtry to jogg at a medium pace every morning for 30minutes.
So, my life is very active.
I’m 5 foot 4 and weight around 59-60kg.
I’ve always been a little overweight and I would say I have issues with food and body image and have had for a long time.
My problem is food and not knowing what and how much I should eat. We are given all our meals here where I live and train. All the food is asian style vegan and very healthy.
I want to lose 5kg so I have less body fat so im able to do more of the gymnastic training here and also so that(I wont lie) I will look good.Ive tried very low calorie diets but it’s too painful with all the exercise. How much shoul I eat to lose this weight and fat? Please help.
your weight just now for your height is good i wouldnt go down to 55kg thats a bit unhealthy for someone of your height.
you will probably find that with all the training you are doing you may become heavier because muscle weighs more than fat. if you wish to become more toned then i suggest the exercise you do is gentle rather than straining and pushing yourself to lose weight that it doesnt sound like you can afford to lose.
