How do you make Paneer Tikka Masala?

I got this Paneer Tikka Masala meal from Amy’s frozen food but I assume I could make it cheaper at home. It also came with a side of spinach with potato in it that was really good – is that an Indian dish and what’s it called? The recipe needs to be gluten free. Thanks!
Real cheese (not American) is gluten free as far as I know – the frozen meal I ate stated it was gluten free. Are you confusing gluten free with vegan?

The spinach and potato is called Sag Aloo.

You’re going to have trouble making Paneer Tikka Masala gluten free as it’s main ingredient is cheese.

I found this recipe, which doesn’t look too taking and I’m sure you could sub-in gluten free ingredients.
