
I hate eggs! What can I eat for a low carb breakfast? Phase 1 one Atkins or South Beach.?
I’ve tried protein shakes and tomatoe juice mixed w/ yogurt. Plan to try Miso soup too. Anything else? Recipees appreciated!
Low carb= no sugar in phase 1….no breads, cereals, or fruit.
there are plenty of other protein options. try lean turkey, chicken, etc.
