
Can someone rate my food intake for tomorrow please?
Suggestions welcome.
Breakfast: Oatmeal made with soy milk and sultanas. Sprinkled with cinnamon.
Snack: Two plums.
Lunch: Tofu salad.
Snack: Miso soup.
Dinner: Chicken and vegetable stir fry.

i would say to have a snack after dinner, it will keep your metabolism going strong!
maybe add a yogurt to the 2 plums?
