~Salad, no dressing (spinach leaves, mushrooms, peas, red peppers, brocolli, hard boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, carrots)
~Plate of fruit (fresh honeydew, pears and cantaloupe)
~Smoked salmon
~One glass of soy milk
Before bed~
~Heated mug of heated soy milk with pure baking cocoa (homemade hot cocoa)
~I drink about two to three liters of water a day.
